If you are located in a jurisdiction that does not permit this choice of law or forum, these provisions will apply to the maximum extent permitted by local law.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ExperienceFlow with respect to your use of the Website.‍
